After years of pondering the concept of establishing a different culture of real estate, Highland Partners has opened their doors for business. Mason-McDuffie's top producing agent for 8 years running, Heidi Marchesotti has joined forces with friends, colleagues and heavy hitters Debbi DiMaggio and Adam Betta formerly of The Grubb Co. to form a boutique real estate company with an international presence.
Focusing on success fostered by reputation, the trio has established a business plan based on their love and expertise in their profession. Highlighting their promise for excellence, Highland Partners offers a safe and secure business atmosphere in a fresh and exciting environment.

Born in the Bay Area, Heidi graduated from San Francisco State University with a degree in international economics. Before beginning her career in Real Estate, she served several years as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Berkeley Capital Management. She also consulted with the estate-planning department at Wells Fargo Securities serving the Bank's private clients.
Her working knowledge of financial markets and estate planning gives Heidi an edge in buying, selling and negotiating real estate. She believes in giving the very best service to her clients through a hands-on approach. Known throughout the East Bay as a top Realtor for luxury home marketing, she has organized an extensive network of clients and service providers that vastly improve the home selling experience. Her local expertise and extensive real estate experience will benefit you whether you are buying, selling or investing.

After receiving his real estate license in 1987, this fourth generation San Francisco native worked with buyers and sellers of residential properties in San Francisco. In 1998, Adam created and managed a property management and leasing company called The Highland Group, which partnered with The Grubb Company. Two years later in 2000, he became fully associated with The Grubb Company as a broker associate representing both buyers and sellers. Adam stepped over to the mortgage side of the business for a few years in order to sharpen his knowledge of the lending industry. He returns to brokering with HIGHLAND PARTNERS with more to give to his clients while they are faced with today's rapid changes. Due to his training and immersion into the many facets of real estate, Adam is able to offer more knowledge and understanding to each of his clients.
Adam credits his degree in economics from The University of San Francisco for helping him find the right leverage in negotiations on behalf of his clients. His knowledge of rental property and leasing laws also make him well suited to advise clients in increasing the value of their income properties and homes. His experience in mortgage lending also helps his clients to understand more clearly, the, sometimes complicated loan process and programs.
Relationships with his clients drive Adam the most. The experience of buying or selling real estate can be a very stressful and emotional process; therefore Adam takes particular care in walking clients through each step. Seeing an elated client signing their final papers is his favorite reward. In addition, Adam's meticulous worth ethic; enthusiasm, patience and skillful negotiation have made him a favorite resource for current clients and new referrals.

A Piedmont native and graduate of Cal Berkeley, Debbi DiMaggio is to real estate as Joe DiMaggio is to baseball: a charismatic winner with an exuberant style all her own. (The world-renowned baseball player happens to be Debbi's third cousin.) Debbi's reputation has spread from her native Piedmont throughout the Bay Area as a real estate professional in a class by herself.
